Itinerary

Day 1 (Madrid - Valencia)

Depart Madrid by high speed train to Valencia. Enjoy the journey. Upon arrival, transfer from station to your hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 2 (Valencia - Barcelona)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The morning city tour of this bright city includes a drive through the old city showing the most prominent buildings. You will then be driven past the old riverbed of the Turia to the avant-garde complex “Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias” to view the emblematic exteriors of the six buildings. Then, it's an early afternoon departure northward along the Mediterranean coast to Catalunya, via Tarragona, and the Roman Tarraco. Arrive in Barcelona, homeland of the famous architect Gaudí and symbol of the Catalonian modernism. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 3 (Barcelona)

After breakfast, you'll take a morning city tour of Barcelona, riding along the main avenues with impressive modernist buildings, Montjuïc Park with spectacular views of the city and harbour, the Olympic Ring, the monument to Columbus, and the Olympic Port. The afternoon is free for you to explore this city full of attractive shopping offers as well as exquisite and varied gastronomy. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 4 (Barcelona - Zaragoza - Madrid)

Enjoy breakfast before departing southwest to Zaragoza, capital city of Aragón. Known as Caesar Augusta during the Roman period, this city had an important role in Spanish history. Enjoy some free time to see the impressive Baroque architecture of the Basilica of Our Lady Pilar before returning to Madrid.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
