Itinerary

Day 1 - Madrid - Cordoba - Seville

Depart Madrid and drive along La Mancha, Don Quixote’s land. Cross through the natural border of “Despeñaperros” into Andalusia, a region that shows an enormous heritage from a splendid past. Reach Cordoba and begin a tour of its impressive Mosque and other sites that will ease your mind and spirit as you stroll through the narrow winding streets of the Jewish Quarter. In the afternoon, depart for Seville. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 2 - Seville

After breakfast you'll enjoy a panoramic city tour featuring the exterior of the Cathedral (the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peter's in Rome), Santa Cruz quarter (where the myth of “Don Juan” developed), Maria Luisa Park, and Plaza de España. The afternoon is spent at your leisure, allowing you to discover the views and flavours of this active city. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel. Optional Flamenco Tour.

Day 3 - Seville - Granada

Have breakfast and then depart via the Caliphate road to Granada. Visit La Alhambra and Generalife Gardens, the last stronghold of the Moorish Kingdoms up to 1492, an amazing monumental environment. Then have dinner and check in to your accommodations. Optional Gypsy night tour in Granada.

Day 4 - Granada - Valencia

After breakfast, you'll head for the Mediterranean coast. Continue north via Alicante, the second largest city within the region of Valencia. Reach Valencia, one of the main capitals of the Mediterranean coast with its modern Arts and Sciences Architectural Complex. Valencia is also the home of the internationally-renowned and delicious “Paella”. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 5 - Valencia - Barcelona

Have a healthy breakfast, enjoy a drive through the old city to the avant-garde complex “Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias” to view the emblematic exteriors of the six buildings. Early afternoon departure northward along the Mediterranean coast to Catalunya, via Tarragona, and the Roman Tarraco. Reach Barcelona, homeland of the famous architect Gaudí and symbol of the Catalonian modernism. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 6 - Barcelona

After breakfast, you'll take a morning city tour of Barcelona, riding along the main avenues with impressive modernist buildings, Montjuïc Park with spectacular views of the city and harbour, the Olympic Ring, the monument to Columbus, and the Olympic Port. The afternoon is free for you to explore this city full of attractive shopping offers as well as exquisite and varied gastronomy. Accommodation at the hotel.

Enjoy breakfast before departing southwest to Zaragoza, capital city of Aragón. Known as Caesar Augusta during the Roman period, this city had an important role in Spanish history. Enjoy some free time to see the impressive Baroque architecture of the Basilica of Our Lady Pilar before returning to Madrid.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
